Our Story

Brix Equity Group was founded in 2021 by Armel Bayot RN. He has invested out of state in single family homes since 2019, works as a seasoned Emergency Room Nurse since 1996 and manages a Medical Supply Business in San Francisco Bay Area since 2006.

Transitioned to Commercial Multifamily Real Estate due to the Asset class incredible track record for offering reliability, control, flexibility, and cash flow. By leveraging our knowledge of market trends combined with our ability to create strong connections between investors, property managers, and tenants alike, we are in a unique position to maximize your ROI while providing quality housing for families across the country.

Our Goal

Our goal at Brix Equity Group is to generate passive income for our investors through real estate syndications. This strategy allows investors to leverage shares of commercial multifamily asset in exchange for passive rental income without dealing the hassles of toilet, tenants and trash. Armel Bayot , BSN RN

Founder/Managing Partner

Armel is passionate about helping busy healthcare professionals create an alternative passive real estate investing for generational wealth. He lives in San Francisco Bay Area, CA and began his career as a seasoned Emergency Room Nurse. Armel began investing in real estate in 2019 and created an investment firm, called Brix Equity Group, to partner with large multifamily operators around the country. As a managing partner, he is responsible for building relationships with investors, vetting investment opportunities from sponsors, and providing the strategic vision for Brix Equity Group's growth.
